Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re much too busy working on your site or developing your apps, you rarely have time to keep an eye on what’s happening with the server – if it’s overloading or whether all the tasks are running properly. With our Managed Services solution, we will take care of this for you. Your VPS server will be included in the custom server monitoring software system and each time there’s a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be informed right away.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your hosted content is necessary – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with our Managed Services solution, you will take advantage of every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups are always placed on a server with many RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services package, which permits you to ask any of our competent server administrators to install any kind of software app and to rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your VPS server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Plans.
